Sports Performance Program

Our sports performance program is built on 3 core components: endurance, strength, and power. These principles development our athletes’ speed, total body strength, explosiveness, cardiovascular and muscle endurance while improving functional movement to support the physical demands of life and sport. The training program begins in 5th grade and develops the student-athletes throughout 12th grade. All workouts are based on a system of training in which we challenge the body with a stability, mobility, and flexibility workout.
