How to Apply

  1. Click the button below or visit www.providencechristianacademy.org/apply.
     
  2. After submitting the application (which includes paying a non-refundable $150 application fee), you will be able to log back into your application on your admissions portal and track what documentation we have received and what is still outstanding. Once the file is complete, it will be reviewed.
     
  3. After the application review is complete and satisfactory, you will be contacted to schedule either admissions testing or your family interview.
     
  4. The Admissions team will send the decision email along with next steps on one of our admissions decision dates:
    • Application completed by January 24th — Decision email by March 1st
    • Application completed by March 15th — Decision email by April 17th
    • Applications after March 15th are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis, based on grade-level capacity.
