Dual Enrollment & Hybrid Program
Providence's dual enrollment program could be an excellent option for students who want to take online college-level classes and receive college credit before graduating from high school.
To participate, students must qualify for enrollment in a college or university, which includes the required GPA and SAT/ACT scores. Dual enrollment is best suited for students who have the discipline and comfort level to handle a college-level online class. The program is targeted at juniors and seniors.
There are a few dual enrollment options offered at Providence ranging from a couple of online classes to full-time dual enrollment where all courses are taken off-campus.
Non-full-time dual enrolled students will remain fully involved in high school at Providence, follow the same daily schedule as other students, and participate in extracurriculars and other events (senior trip, Encounter, graduation, etc.). Online classes will occur during assigned class periods. Contact the Admissions Office for more information.
