Continuous Enrollment

When you enroll at Providence, we view that decision as a commitment to partner together for the long term—through graduation. Because the vast majority of our families continue year after year, Providence has moved away from annual re-enrollment and adopted a continuous enrollment model.
Continuous enrollment means that once a student is enrolled, they are automatically enrolled for future years—no yearly re-enrollment required. Instead of having to re-commit every spring, continuous enrollment assumes your student will return unless you let us know otherwise.
If your plans change and you will not be returning for a future school year, you simply notify the school by the communicated deadline.
What this means for your family
- A guaranteed spot — Because we assume your student is returning, your child’s place for the upcoming school year is secured.
- Less hassle — No more annual re-enrollment processes and deadlines. You complete the enrollment process once, when you first enroll.
- Planning — Providence can better plan for staffing and resources to support your student.
- Do we still need to review tuition and fees each year?
- How does financial aid work with continuous enrollment?
- Is there a re-enrollment fee each year?
- What if our plans change?
