Creating Problem-Solvers

When many people think of STEM, they picture the newest gadgets, flashy robotics kits, or lines of code scrolling across a screen.

At Providence, STEM means something deeper. We focus on meaningful, hands-on learning built around the engineering design process and true problem-solving skills.

Students learn to break down complex challenges, brainstorm creative ideas, build and test prototypes, and analyze the results of their work. As they grow more confident moving through this process, they develop the independence, creativity, and resilience needed to tackle any challenge they may face — inside or outside the classroom.
