Dual Enrollment & Hybrid Program
Dual Enrollment
Providence's dual enrollment program could be an excellent option for students who want to take online college-level classes and receive college credit before graduating from high school.
Program Requirements
- 3.5 GPA or higher
- Apply and accepted to in-state college specified by Providence
- Providence tuition based on which option is chosen
Hybrid Program
The Providence Christian Academy Hybrid High School Program, offered on the Johns Creek campus for 2025-26, provides a unique blend of traditional in-person education and online learning opportunities, including dual enrollment options for juniors and seniors. Our dedicated academic advisors collaborate with students to develop personalized educational plans (adhering to the University System of Georgia requirements), ensuring they can attend five to six of their eight courses on-site at our campuses. Students must maintain a 3.0 average to continue in the HS Hybrid program.
Course Structure
- Four Core Classes: English/Language Arts, Science/STEM, Math, and Bible on campus/in person.
- Social Studies, Foreign Language, and Coding will be online, with required Biblical integration for each course. Parents will be billed for online classes with grade monitoring from the parents and Providence.
- Weekly Wednesday Seminars: Scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on the Lilburn campus, these seminars must include an L2 Leadership Course for hybrid students entering 2025-26 and various elective courses.
Hybrid students will attend classes on designated days at the Providence campuses. Online classes, dual enrollment courses, and internships will be arranged flexibly to accommodate the needs of students and their families. Student schedules will be created in May of the school year before attendance.
Student Engagement
All hybrid students are fully enrolled at Providence and are expected to participate in:
- Weekly Axis Worship: A student-led worship session every Wednesday.
- Fall Encounter Retreat: An engaging Christ-centered retreat experience.
- Extracurricular Activities: There are opportunities in fine arts, athletics, school-sponsored social events (such as Homecoming and Prom), and various co-curricular activities.
