Administration

High School Principal - Lilburn Campus

Providence Christian Academy seeks a high school principal (HSP) to oversee the day-to-day operation of the high school (grades 8-12) in its Lilburn location. The principal supports the mission of the school by fostering a Christ-honoring and life-giving culture in the high school that values the spiritual formation of its students above all else while creating a learning-focused, educationally sound, and purposefully innovative academic program.

Reporting to the Head of School, the HSP serves on the leadership team, supervises approximately 45 faculty and staff, and works with administrators, teachers, and students to accomplish the goals of the division and the school overall. The HSP should have a vibrant walk with Christ and demonstrate active and consistent involvement in a local church.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and at least ten years of teaching and leadership experience; demonstrated experience with curriculum and program design and faculty supervision and evaluation; a thorough understanding of effective high school pedagogy; a background in biblical worldview integration; and excellent leadership abilities, interpersonal skills, and speaking and writing skills.

The HSP should have the ability to work both collaboratively and independently, have a commitment to developing the potential of students and faculty, and a willingness to be an active, involved member of the school community.

Providence Christian Academy is an independent K-12 covenant Christ-centered school not affiliated with any denomination or church. The school has locations in Lilburn, GA and Johns Creek, GA serving 680 students overall. Providence is accredited by Association of Christian School International and AdvancEd.
