Tuition and Book Activity Fee Payment Plans |

PCA will offer three payment options for tuition and book/activity fees for the 2012-2013 school year: - Annual: One full payment of the family’s tuition and book/activity fees due on or before June 1, 2012. You should receive a statement of charges from PCA on or before May 15, 2012. Payment should be made by check, cash or money order and should be mailed or delivered to the PCA Business Office.
- Tri-Pay: Three equal payments of tuition and book/activity fees due on or before June 1, September 1, December 1, 2012. You should receive a statement of charges from PCA on or before May 15, 2012. Payments should be made by check, cash or money order and should be mailed or delivered to the PCA Business Office.
- Monthly: Ten equal payments due June 2012 through April 2013 (no payment due in December). Families choosing this option must enroll with FACTS Management Company to make payments. You will be charged an annual fee of $41-$45 per school year by FACTS, depending upon the payment method you choose.
How Does FACTS Work for Monthly Payers?
If you had a PCA FACTS account for 2011-2012 and you select the monthly payment option for 2012-2013, your FACTS agreement will be automatically renewed using the same payment method that you are currently using. Please contact the Business Office if you would like to change your FACTS payment method for 2012-2013.
If you are new to FACTS in 2012-2013, the person responsible for making the tuition payment must set up an online account with FACTS through a secure link located on the PCA website (select “Admissions”, “Tuition and Fees,” then “My Monthly Tuition Account”). The responsible party will create a personal FACTS login and password, enter student and family information, and select a payment plan. With your secure login, you will have 24-hour access to your account, balances, and other key information.
: Within the FACTS system, there are three payment plans:- Auto-Pay Monthly (payments automatically drafted from your specified bank account or charged to your specified credit card† on the 5th of each month). The annual FACTS fee for this service is $41 and will be drafted from your account shortly after your agreement is finalized.
- Auto-Pay Bi-Monthly (payments automatically drafted from your specified bank account or charged to your specified credit card† twice per month (½ on the 5th and ½ on the 20th of each month)). The annual FACTS fee for this service is $41 and will be drafted from your account shortly after your agreement is finalized.
- Monthly Invoice (invoices sent to you by email or postal mail with payment due on the 1st of the following month). The annual FACTS fee for this service is $45 and will be added to your first invoice. If you select email correspondence, your emailed invoice will contain a link to allow you to make a payment online. If you select postal correspondence, your invoice will contain remittance instructions.
After you have set up your account and selected your payment plan, PCA will activate your plan. This will be done well in advance of your first payment due date and you will receive confirmation from FACTS regarding your payment schedule. *Auto-Pay simply means that the agreed upon payment amount will be automatically drafted from your bank account or charged to your credit card (American Express, Discover, or MasterCard) on a specific day of the month with no further action required on your part.
