Description: Members of the Cornerstone Yearbook Staff are enrolled in either Journalism I or II at Providence. During this class period and after school, students explore all aspects of journalism through the process of yearbook production. Students are engaged in journalistic interviewing, copy writing, photojournalistic documentation editing as well as graphic design. In this “real world” atmosphere, students learn how to balance creativity with time and budget concerns, in addition to, learning to work productively in a team-oriented environment, while meeting critical deadlines.
