Understanding that we serve a mighty God who desires
fellowship with us and is infinitely interested in the details of our lives,
Providence students begin each school year with a Walk of Faith. This event was born out of our desire
to strengthen our school wide sense of community, and developed into one of the
most sincere events on our calendar.
Each student in grades K-6 is partnered with a group of
students from grades 7-12.
Affectionately known as Buddy Teams, each group of students is assigned
a specific area of the campus to walk to.
Once the Buddy Team is in the designated area, the students pray for the
many people that will be in that area throughout the school year, for safety,
for friendship and sportsmanship, and for each student to grow and learn to
their fullest potential.
