My overall coaching philosophy is to prepare kids to be different and make a difference in their community and in the world through the concepts of hard work and teamwork on the field. It is important to me that they be different from the other teams we play, and that the name “Christian” (specifically Jesus) that is in our school is the reason for that difference. I also want the kids to play their best at all times, in and out of season, in games and in practice, to glorify the Lord by utilizing the gifts with which He has blessed them.

Following up on a State Finalist season should give the guys confidence to pursue excellence on the field again next year. We return the core of our team and should be able to compete for another region championship (in the toughest region in the state) and make a deep run in the playoffs again.
