This evaluation is an integrated report consisting of the results of some tests in the following areas. In the state of Georgia, a licensed psychologist must give many of these tests.

• A full-scale Intelligence Test, such as the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children–III (WISC-IV), Stanford Binet Intelligence Scales-5th Ed., the Woodcock-Johnson Test of Cognitive Abilities–3rd Ed. or Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-3rd Ed.
• Academic achievement tests to help identify academic strengths and learning problems, such as Woodcock Johnson Tests of Achievement- 3rd Ed., Wechsler Individual Achievement Test-2nd Ed., Test of Reading Comprehension, Test of Mathematics Abilities, Test of Written Language-3rd Ed., or Nelson Denny Reading Test
• Other tests to explore any related problems, such as Bender Visual Motor Gestalt Test, Developmental Test of Visual-Motor Integration, 5th Ed., Rey-Osterrieth Complex Figure, Wide Range Assessment of Memory and Learning-2, Comprehensive Test of Phonological Processing, Children’s Auditory Verbal Learning Test, 2nd Ed., Children’s Memory Scale, Controlled Oral Word Association Test, Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test-3rd Ed., Wechsler Memory Scale-3rd Ed.
• Social-Emotional evaluation, such as a parent/child interview, Youth Self-Report, Kinetic Family Drawing, Biggest Problem Drawing, Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory, Rorschach, Beck Anxiety Inventory, Beck Depression Inventory
• An AD/HD behavior rating scale & test for executive functioning, such as Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function, Copeland Symptom Checklist for Adult Attention Deficit Disorder, Conners’ ratings scales, Brown ADD scales, Rapidly Recurring Target Figures Test, Trail Making Test, Delis Kaplan Executive Function System or Wisconsin Card Sorting Test
